Using Hej Clew
Last updated 29 August 2026. These terms are short and meant to be true, not theatrical.
The service
Hej Clew helps people at an event dump the photos they took, see a smaller personal shortlist, and choose what to add to a shared chronological story. The Android app is the same product. There is no store, no paid marketplace, and no social network.
Your photos
You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading, you let us store, process, and display them for that event: first for your shortlist, and in the shared story only if you contribute them. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to share.
What we may remove
We may delete raw uploads, rejected files, and expired working copies as described in the privacy policy. We may remove an event or account that is abusive, illegal, or breaking these terms.
Availability
We try to keep the site up. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not promise that every camera-roll format or every phone will work. The product is early.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent UK law allows, OBSIDIAN DYNAMICS LIMITED is not liable for lost photos, downtime, or how someone else uses a link they were given. Nothing here limits rights you cannot give up under consumer law.
